New Features

Safety Alert & Precautions:
- Safety Alerts: Users can send safety alerts directly to the admin.
- Emergency Number: Users can utilize the emergency contact number set by the admin for immediate assistance.
- Precautions Section: A dedicated section for safety precautions is introduced within the app.
Customer Details in Fleet View:
- Admins can now view customers’ live locations, trip details (if available), and other relevant information directly in the Fleet View section.

Fleet View Enhancements:
- Admins can now view and address user safety alerts within the Fleet View section.
Trip Details Enhancements:
- A new section is added to the users’ trip details page, allowing admins to view and resolve any safety alerts raised by users.
Chat Section Updates:
- Admins can initiate conversations with drivers directly.
- The chat UI has been redesigned for improved usability.
Configurable OTP Feature:
- Admins can disable the OTP requirement before starting a trip if desired.
Language Translation UI Update:
- The user interface for language translation has been improved for better accessibility and user experience.

- Issue Fixes: Resolved various issues to improve overall performance and stability.
- Safety Feature: If the User faces this ride is harmful or the user faces any issue about this trip user can send a safety alert to the admin.
- Emergency contact number: If a driver faces any safety issue, the driver can call an emergency number which is added by admin.
- OTP turn-off Feature: If the Admin wants to turn off OTP for a trip admin can do that. Ride starts without an OTP.

Parcel Limit: Admin can limit the acceptance of parcel delivery requests for drivers.
Parcel Weight Unit: Implemented several weight units which can be used for all weight measurements. Also, Admin can limit the parcel weight for customers.

Update Vehicle Request: Admin can view, edit, approve or deny vehicle information update requests from drivers.

- Parcel Weight Warning: Drivers receive a warning if they exceed their parcel weight capacity, but they can still accept overweight parcels.
- New Vehicle Requests: Admin can view, edit, approve, or deny new vehicle registration requests from drivers.
- Vehicle Update Requests: Admin approval is required when drivers update vehicle information. Admin can view, edit, approve, or deny these requests.

New Feature & Fixing (Backend)

Fleet View: Admin now can use Fleet View feature to find drivers list according to the zone. He/She can also view the lists of On-Trip and Idle drivers from here. Also, admin can view the live location of the drivers by clicking on their name from the list. Besides, by clicking on the driver name, admin can view information like driver details, rating, ongoing trip (On-Trip tab) etc.
Chatting: The admin will be able to chat with drivers to help and support them. To ease the chatting experience, a View Saved Answer part is introduced from where admin can select answers to related topics and send those. The admin can turn off this feature if not necessary, store topic-answers for admin and predefined questions-answers for drivers from Business Setup. Predefined questions-answers can also be turned off.
Notification status is introduced.
The character limit is shown where necessary.
Semantic structure is followed for Admin landing page.
Image uploading and deletion in the customer and employee sections are improved.
